Very rare and sought after, pink diamonds are fascinating stones that cause all emotions have a poetic and full of passion color. Some celebrities have shown their interest in acquired these gemstones because of their rarity and how difficult they are to find, plus the high price they have. The pink color is due to the presence of nitrogen during their training, which when walking makes the stone compress and acquire that beautiful tone. The pink diamond is in different ranges depending on their rarity, besides posing pink, orange or purple pink tones. It is found mainly in the Argyle mine in Australia, but is quite rare. Many jewelers use this exquisite stone to make gold earrings, and bracelets.

Among the most famous pink diamonds in the world are: The Graff Pink, of 24.78 carats, in emerald cut diamond set in a ring and making it the world’s most expensive diamond; The Darya-i-Nur, original India of 182 carats and pale pink,  belonged to the Mongol emperors and now part of the Estate Jewelry collection of the Iranian Crown Treasury; and finally The Hortensia Rose-Peach of 21.32 carats and took the name of Hortensia Ebauharnais, Queen of the Netherlands and mother of Napoleon III, the king Louis XIV wore their clothes, and today is on display in the Louvre Museum in Paris, France.
