Vintage Multi-Color Coral Diamond Gold Cocktail Cluster Ring
This vintage circa 1970s ring of naturalistic inspiration is rendered in 18 karat yellow gold, designed as a cluster of natural corals carved in marquise and pyramidal formats, simulating a floral pattern. The pyramidal carved corals comprise three salmon color natural coral secured by yellow gold prongs at the elevated center of the floral plaque, complemented by 5 round-faceted diamonds. Mounted sporadically at a lower level are 13 enchanting marquise shaped angel-skin corals set within artfully stripe-textured frames creating an intricate pattern. The diamonds weigh cumulatively 0.25 carats and are graded G-H color and VS clarity. This ring features quintessentially vintage style shielded and forked shoulders, merging into a sizable shank. The ring is in very good condition.
