Should you be interested in a specific item and be informed that the item was recently sold, you can request to be notified in the event the sold item should be returned and/or ask us to look for a similar item and inform you accordingly.
The return of purchased jewelry items can occur for the simple reason that a ring or a pair of earrings which have appeared appropriate on photographs may give a less satisfactory impression once worn on the finger or ears, in which case our clients decide to exchange the purchased items or simply return them if they do not encounter any alternatives which appeal to them.
The returned or exchanged items will then be released and re-activated on our website and may be purchased.
Should the sold items not be made accessible anew, we are always pleased to search for similar items which you have wished to purchase and have been ‘late’ to do so!
