The center shows off a genuine modern round European cut diamond of approx. 0.72 ct, H color, VS2 clarity. There are 16 round genuine diamonds illuminating the mounting and is approx. 0.20cttw, I color, mostly VS clarity. Six genuine calibrated triangular shaped sapphires sit on either side of the center diamond enhancing it and is approx. 0.45ct. There are admirable milgrain and filigree work all around.This item is in very good condition!
